This is a great bra for me, I’m a f cup so need a lot of support. This bra ticks all the boxes .

Excellent fit. Very supportive. Comfortable.

Really supportive and good for strength and high intensity workouts. Less heart for long runs, as the side stitching isn’t cushioned which leads to chaffing.

I bought this bra mainly for hockey. The fit is good and the support is excellent. It is also incredibly comfortable. It washes well. I got the slightly smaller cup size than advised as it felt more supportive for the level of exercise I do.

I love these Shock Absorber bras. They've taken over as my bra of choice for everyday wear as they are comfortable, it doesn't really matter if they show and they make my clothes hang better as my large bust is reduced. Just remember to order a chest size larger than your usual bras, my "True to size" rating is based on doing that..
