Helen at the Chester branch is a credit to the store. She was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. She clearly enjoys her job, has a depth of knowledge and patience. She made the experience fantastic for my mammy and me. Weeks on and those two bras are still form fitting, comfortable and gorgeous. First time I've committed to hand washing my bras and am so glad I heeded Helens advice. They're still as good as new. This bra is so comfy and pretty and no problem with the wires sticking in.

Oh dear- lovely looking bra but not as good as Alana- I’m an Alana lady but looking for colour! Ordered this to wear under a wedding outfit- the cups seem to be two sizes and needed some juggling- the metal clip to make racer back is at my neck and not comfortable. The lace on the vest section seemed to tuck under- not comfortable. I purchased brief- large- I’m a 14/16- they are terrible not stretchy- just hard and the waist band digs in - no give- really really upset with this set- bring me Alana in colour!

Fitting at my local store was revelationary - I am a completely different size to what I thought. This bra shape including the J clip that takes pressure off shoulders significantly improves comfort.

This bra is beautiful, the embroidery detail is stunning the fabric doesn't have any stretch in it so it feels really supportive and gives a lovely shape. It is true to size and very comfortable to wear. Very pleased with my purchase.

I absolutely love this bra! It’s so pretty and gives me a great shape. I did have to size down in cup size from my usually 32ff to 32f. I agree with others about the difficulty with the racer back clip. You definitely need a friend to help!

This must be the best bra I have worn. Really comfortable even after wearing all day. The design is also very nice.

I think this would have been lovely - but need a 3rd party to do clip up.
