Im 9 months post partum and I preferred this over the hot milk nursing bra which wasn’t as supportive as this one. This isn’t 100% supportive as you’d expect anyway with nursing bras but is very comfortable and easy to use the only thing is when I’m full it does cause a bulge at the top. I’m a 34F but had to size up with this one to G cup
