I read the previous reviews on here and thought that this would be an absolutely brilliant buy, however, I would say that it was very comfortable in the first 48 hours of wearing it however I did notice that I had to adjust the straps more than once because when you have a lumpectomy you have some swelling and discomfort and it's very difficult to manage your level of comfort after surgery. The size I bought in accordance with the sizing chart was actually slightly bigger I believe than what the sizing chart indicates because I'm the two extremes of the scale I have a very small frame and a very large cup. I didn't find that this bra in the size that he indicated was adequate in coverage and found myself slipping out of the bra in the middle of the night which isn't really great for the entire point of this bra which is to keep you contained secure safe and comfortable after surgery. My biggest issue with this bra was that unlike all the other bras on the market that are 20 quid dirt cheap available from all of the leading retailers did not have anything to cover the very sharp hard corners of the bottom of the fastening at the front which meant the bottom we're digging cut and cause pain and discomfort to resolve this I stitched a sock toe over it to just give me something of relief from the rubbing. At the price this brar is I would have expected that to have been standard considering my five to twenty pound bras have all had this zip cover or fastening cover at the bottom and top. I also found that after readjusting the straps only a couple of times they lost all strength they thinned twisted and now I have the excess loops that you can adjust to waving around in all directions and not staying snugly in alignment with the strap this needed a double fastening so that you had the strength of two pivot points on the straps the biggest issue when you're very sore and attempting to adjust the straps is the fiddliness of the fastening.

Really soft Comfortable Would prefer poppers instead of hook and eye

So easy to do up and so comfortable especially with the adjustment choices at the front and on the straps. Good quality.

I bought 2 black and 2 white following breast cancer and therapeutic reduction surgery. Very pleased with them. They are very soft and the front fastening is a bonus. The little bit of flower detail makes them a bit more attractive too,

Having previously purchased a few Post Surgery bra's from you 10 days after surgery, I returned to buy a couple of 'Normal' bra's that would be OK with my prosthesis in once fully healed. I also wanted another Post surgery bra for returning to work and came across the Peony front fastening bra. I wasn't sure at first with it being hook & eye (all 7 of them!) I needn't have worried as it was quick and easy to put on and the comfort is amazing, I seriously don't feel like I'm wearing a bra especially all day at work. I wish I had purchased a couple more but this was when all online orders had stopped due to your warehouse fire and have been unable to visit a store as back to work.

I’m just recovering from breast cancer surgery and this bra has been an absolute godsend. I’m currently wearing it 24/7 and it’s supportive and so comfortable I hardly notice I’m wearing it. It’s easy to do up/undo when nurses or the surgeon need to check on my wounds too. The floral motif is pretty too which whilst not essential as I will only be wearing it short term, made me feel a little more feminine during an extremely emotional period in my life. An all round winner.

I was provided with one of these bras after my breast surgery. The bra is very comfortable and supportive. I had to wear it day and night for one month which is why I ordered another. Very good fit and looks good.
