Does the push up work

I was fitted for this bra in store and it fits and looks lovely. However once I started wearing it, I discovered the fabric round the band isn't that soft and starts to rub after a while, also the padding under the clip isn't great so I end up with a sore patch where it rubs, maybe I should have gone up a back size. I had hoped the fabric might soften with time but it hasn't. Luckily I brought this for occasional use so I will only be wearing it for a few hours at a time so wont get too uncomfortable, but it is not an everyday bra for me, which is a shame as I love the shape it gives me. I also had to go up a cup size in this compared to usual.

This is stylish and comfortable

This is really pretty and I so wanted it to fit. However rather annoyingly it looked ok on one side but gaped on the other.Like many women my boobs are not exactly the same size. I wasn't convinced going down size would work either.

No specific flaw comes to mind it's just a case of not-for-me. Its fine but not the best out of the plunges i've tried in this batch.
