I purchased my latest Zara Bralette last year in May 2023 after finding it a comfortable bra a few years ago. I don't wear this bra all the time maybe 2 or 3 times a week and not for the entire day but after 7 months in it was loosing shape, quite stretched and the material was bobbley all over. The Bralette itself just does not look as nice at all it looks terrible. I decided to phone Bravissimo Customer Services only for them to say that this bra (not sure whether it's all their bras) should only really last a year and this is why it has gone like this and that was that. I was very surprised at what they said and fairly annoyed as we pay alot of money for our bras and I expect them to last longer than a year, even 7 months!! A not very good bra in my opinion and am now very warey about buying from here again.

I have several of these bras and other similar ones. But why do none of these Bravissimo bras/bralettes come with adjustable shoulder straps? I have now developed painful arthritis in my shoulders as a result of years of wearing Zara and my one time favourite Flora bra. Please, please Bravissimo think about the long term health effects of those ugly shoulder dips that we have to endure to go wire free and bring in some with adjustable shoulder straps.

Nottingham store Being top heavy with saggy boobs. Wires cutting into me. So I needed a few bras without wire. Felt lovely in store, but one I left and put it on. My boobs started to escape. Another bra to add to the booted draw never to be used. It’s a lot of money to waste, on this occasion the young fitting girl wasn’t very experienced, It’s very degrading getting my big baggy boobs out in the fitting room in front of someone, especially if you are ashamed off them. No adjustment straps.

Lovely looking and fitting Zara bralette, but was very disappointed when the band just rolled up right away, and therefore started digging in. Such a shame it doesn't have some sort of binding/reinforcement to stop this happening. I feel it would be so simple to reinforce the band. It is one of the most important supportive parts of this type of garment, but as it stands, the rolling causes discomfort. Need to return this. Keeping the 'Cora' bralette, as the band doesn't roll up as much. Still needs fixing once in a while, but that's acceptable. Very comfortable too.

Soft comfortable bra. Doesn’t offer quite as much support as a wired bra but still supportive. Looks pretty.

Makes my boobs a bit smaller and the bra sits comfortably except gor the straps which I would prefer a bit looser, just because of my shoulder that normally hurts, itgerwise everything else is perfect. I should have had this 10 years ago.
