Whether you've taken advice from one of our bra fitters or you've ordered your usual bra size, it's important that you feel your purchase is comfortable and supportive. If once you've worn your bra, you feel it's too uncomfortable, or you are unhappy with it for any reason then we recommend you stop wearing it and contact us so that we can give some further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. All we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all the original labels, within 60 days. We will process returned items within 10 days of them arriving in our warehouse.

Briefs and Swimwear - We are more than happy for you to try on any briefs or swimwear to see how they fit and look however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Returns from the US

We offer FREE returns from within the USA

Returning items to us for a refund or an exchange is really easy. Just place the items back in the delivery box along with the completed return form and seal the box well. Stick the returns label on the front of the box and give the package to your postal carrier, drop it into a mailbox or take it into your local post office.

Once we recieve your returned package, we'll email you to confirm your refund or exchange.

Exchanges from the US

If you would like to return items and exchange them for a different size or style, please email our customer services team, or call us on +1 877 826 3857 so we can reserve the right items for you while we wait for your parcel to arrive back to our warehouse.

Alternatively, you can fill in the details in the exchanges section on the Returns & Exchanges form and we'll place the order for you when we receive the paperwork (exchange is subject to stock availability).
