Whether you've taken advice from one of our bra fitters or you've ordered your usual bra size online, it's important that you feel your purchase is comfortable and supportive. If once you've worn your bra, you feel it's too uncomfortable, or you are unhappy with it for any reason then we recommend you stop wearing it and contact us so that we can give some further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style.

RETURNS FROM THE UK

We offer FREE 60-day returns within the UK for both online and in-store purchases.

  • Returns are simple, return the items to us, with all labels intact, within 60 days. Sale items are 21 days.

  • Use the freepost label included in your order, or you can generate a label to print at home or take to the Post Office or Collect + Store here. Don't worry if you don't have a printer, you can create a label which will be emailed to you, and the Post Office or Collect + Store will print it for you.

  • You can also take your return to a Bravissimo store (and benefit from our expert in-store fitting advice if you need help choosing a different style or size!). If you paid by card, remember to bring it along with you!

  • If you are looking to exchange any items, no further postage and packaging charges will be incurred.

  • Bravissimo will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office or Collect + Store (UK customers only).

  • If you are returning all items you have ordered, we will also refund your standard postage and packaging costs in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations, as long as you let us know. This can be by calling us on 01926 459 859 within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. You will still have 60 days to return your order to us in this case.

  • We aim to process your return within 7 days of it arriving at our warehouse.

Returning items purchased in store via post

How to return items purchased in store via the post:

  • Find your order number – you can find this on your paper receipt, or within the My Account section of our website if you gave your details when you made your purchase in store.

  • Package up the items you wish to return securely in a box or jiffy bag. Please include a note in the package with your order number, name and address (this can be hand written, we don’t need anything fancy!), or a copy of the receipt if you have access to a copier.

  • Go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/4030.

  • Fill in your information (order number, personal details and your reason for return).

  • This will generate a returns label you can print at home if you have a printer, or a QR code you can take into the Post Office or Collect + Store to print for you if not.

  • Take your order to the Post Office or Collect + Store and it will be returned to us. We will be in touch via email once your refund has been processed – this can take up to 7 days (but we try and be as quick as we can!).

Exchange your order

  • If you would like to exchange any of the items you have ordered there are no further postage and packaging charges to pay.

  • This can be done in store, by email, using our Live Chat service or by calling 01926 459 859.

  • We'll ask you to confirm the delivery address for the exchange order, and then we'll hold the stock for you until your returned parcel has been received and processed.

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

When returning goods from overseas please mark your package as clearly as possible RETURNED GOODS, not forgetting to pay your return postage.

  • The address your parcel needs to be returned to is: Bravissimo, Unit 7-8 Spa Park, Juno Drive, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 3AJ, United Kingdom.

  • Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept parcels that have been returned to us via a courier service, insured postal service or any other service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Lingerie briefs, bodies, swimwear bottoms and swimsuits

We are more than happy for you to try on any lingerie briefs, bodies or swimwear to see how they fit and look, however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags and any hygiene stickers in place. Occasionally, we sell items that cannot be returned - when this is the case, this is clearly stated within the product information. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
