DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Your order will be delivered in 2-5 days.

  • We will dispatch your order as soon as possible from our warehouse.

  • We will send your order using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • You will be able to leave instructions at checkout if you would like your parcel left in a safe place.

  • Royal Mail parcels are generally delivered with your normal post.

  • A signature on delivery is not required.

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Orders must be placed by the following cut off times (depending on your delivery postcode), to ensure delivery in 1-2 days.

Mainland UK and Central Scotland

  • Orders placed before 17:30 on Monday – Thursday and 15:30 on Friday will arrive in 1-2 working days.

  • Orders placed between 15:30 on Friday and 10:30 on Sunday will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays, where they would arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday).

  • Order placed after 10:30 Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays, where they would arrive the following Wednesday or Thursday).

Central Scotland (EH, G and ML postcodes)

  • Orders placed before 17:30 on Monday – Thursday and 15:30 on Friday will arrive in 1-2 working days.

  • Orders placed after 15:30 on Friday will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays, where they will arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday).

  • Orders placed between 15:30 on Friday 10:30 on Saturday will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays, where they will arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday).

  • Orders placed after 10:30 on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays, where they will arrive the following Thursday or Friday).

Useful Information

  • We can only offer Express Delivery on items in stock at our warehouse. Some items maybe in stock but at one of our shops. If you place an order for one of these items, we will recall it from one of our shops and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can.

"Safe place" and "deliver to a neighbour" information

When choosing our Standard and Express delivery options, you can nominate a "safe place" at checkout. This is a place where the postman/woman will leave your parcel if you are not in. This can be any secure, weatherproof area of the delivery address that is easily accessible for delivery. Alternatively, you can nominate a neighbour to receive delivery on your behalf. Items are left in nominated safe places at your postman/woman's discretion. You can opt out of this Royal Mail service here.

UK Next Day Delivery

  • Your order will be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service (signed for).

  • Your order will arrive the next working day (Monday-Friday) before 1pm, if ordered before 4:00pm.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 on Saturday will arrive the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday, or on Sunday, will arrive the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • We will send your order using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

  • Royal Mail cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, so orders placed on a Friday will arrive on Saturday or Monday.

  • No deliveries will be made on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Only items that are in stock in our warehouse can be sent via Special Delivery. If your order contains items that need to be recalled from one of our shops, these items will be sent separately to you. You will not incur any additional charges for any additional parcels.

CLICK & COLLECT

You can choose to have your order delivered FREE to one of our shops. Our Click & Collect service is available for our shops that are open. When you select Click & Collect as an option when you check out, you will be able to select from any available shops. We're sorry but we're not able to offer Click & Collect to any of our shops not on the list.

  • We will need your email address and contact telephone number so that we can contact you when your order has arrived at the store and is ready for you to collect.

  • We would normally expect your parcel to be available for collection from your chosen store within 2-5 working days.

  • Usual delivery times can be longer if the items you have ordered are located at another of our stores or we are waiting to receive them from a supplier.

  • Once you've received an email from us to tell you your order is in store simply take your order number or confirmation email into the store to pick up your order.

  • We will ask you to sign your receipt to confirm you have collected it.

  • You can even send someone else to pick up your parcel. All we ask is that they have a copy of your email or the order number with them, and they will be asked to sign the receipt on your behalf.

  • We'll be happy to hold your parcel for up to 10 days and we will send regular reminders to you by email so you don't forget to pop in and collect it.

  • If you don't think you'll be able to get in to the store, or if you change your mind and want the parcel posted or cancelled you can call our Customer Services Team on 01926 459 859 and they will be happy to help. You can also email them at customer.services@bravissimo.com.

  • If you do change your mind and cancel your order we will process your refund within 48 hours but it may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement.

  • If after 10 days you've still not had chance to collect your order, don't worry we will pop it back into stock and refund you to your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • All international orders are sent by UK Royal Mail Air Mail service.

  • If a tracked service has been selected, a tracking number will be provided by email.

  • Customers in Europe should allow 10-12 days for a parcel to arrive and customers outside Europe should allow 12-16 days.

  • Israel Postage Update: You can place an order with our Customer Services team either by phone on 0044 1926 459859 or by live chat, and we will be able to place your order for you on an international tracked delivery service. We’re really sorry, but we are not able to take orders shipping to Israel online at the moment.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • If you live outside of the UK, our international customers are subject to local customs or import duties that will need to be paid before your lovely new items can be delivered to you. As these vary by country, including EU countries from 1st Jan 2021, we aren’t able to predict, or influence, what fees will be applied. Your local customs office should be in touch once your order reaches them to let you know more details.
