Our experts are available Monday to Friday 07:00-16:30 EST and Saturday and Sunday 07:00-13:30 EST to help with fittings or just a fit check and we offer free exchanges until you find the right size! Our virtual fittings take place safely and securely over video call, where our fitters are expertly trained in exactly the same way as those in our shops. We’re here to support you with bra fittings as well as more specialized fittings for maternity, sports and swimwear! They’re also completely free and personalized to you. Want to know more? Our virtual fittings are available without appointment Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 EST and Saturday and Sunday 07:00-14:00 EST. Please note, times may vary.
All our calls take place over safe and secure video conferencing, which uses data-in-transit encryption. We never record a virtual fitting and it’ll just be you and your fitter on the call. If you’re under 18 we ask for you to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We fit by eye using the bra you’re wearing, so you don’t have to worry about any awkwardness that comes with needing to remove your bra in front of us! We will ask you to take off your top so your fitter can use the bra you’re wearing as a starting point. This is the best way to find your fit, but if you don’t feel comfortable taking your top off, just let your fitter know and wear a fitted item of clothing like a vest top and they’ll work with you to check your fit.
Our virtual fits are accessible fits! If you need help with hooks or fastenings, it’s a good idea to have someone with you. If you have any specific requirements, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help!
Yes! So, all you need to do is wait for your new items to arrive! We even offer free 60-day returns and exchanges, so you’ll have plenty of time to try them on.
