This bra is not as good as the previous one I purchased There are two fastenings to do at the back. The lower one is not difficult to fasten, but there is a top fastening at the back, which is very difficult to fasten up by yourself as it is too high up and fiddely!!!!

Not a 10k runner, but a 50k runner. This bra was a total game changer for me. Super supportive for hours of running at a time. Yes, it does give a bit of a monoboob and yes it is small around the band so go up a size. But that aside, it's AMAZING!

I love this sports bra. I usually wear a 30G but the website advised sizing up to a 32G. I didn’t and the 30G was slightly too tight but with very good support. I decided to order the 32G next time but it is slightly too big with slightly less good support. I am keeping both and would buy the 30G again but wish there was such a thing as a 31G!!

Following advice from the website I ordered a larger back size than normal and the same cup size as normal. This seemed to work and fit is good - though this style does hold everything quite tight to prevent bounce! Only 4 stars because you do get a 'monoboob' effect.

Have had this bra in white, grey and now black and it’s my favourite each time. I have tried other sports bras inbetween but wires have popped out, straps broken and just aren’t as supportive as this one. This one has never let me down and although it can be fiddly to fasten it stays out and prevents any boob pain whilst running, HIIT and boxercise. Highly recommend.

Very supportive can do anything and everything in it. Best to get fitted if you can but I go up a back size and down a cup for this in comparison to everyday bra

Good quality, nice fitting sports bra that keeps your boobs where they should be. Only problem with it is trying to fasten it up when it's on. Have to be a little bit of a contortionist. Had an online fitting and was adviced to get next size up to normal bra and it fits a treat. Wear 34f and got 36e - fits a treat.

Please tell shock absorber to sort out their back sizing - have to go up two sizes to get the top clasp hooks closed and it’s still very tricky! This is an ongoing issue that I don’t have with other sports bras but sadly the cups aren’t right in other styles so I keep coming back to this one as the cups are right for me and I like the flattening effect for sport.
