One has to have quite flexible arms to reach behind to do up the second tier on the back-strap of this bra - but if you can, the result for me was a comfortable fit with plenty of support. It took 2 attempts to find the right size of Shock Absorber and I settled on the 36HH. Following surgery I now have one smaller (pert) boob and one that's all original and I dreaded finding a bra to run in due to the asymmetry and of course I needed to support both girls equally! I think the compression approach of wire-free sports bras has been excellent in finding a good compromise for mis-matched sized boobs. At the same time I have also purchased a Royce Impact-Free sports bra - going smaller in the cup each time I sent for one - third attempt and I found the level of compression needed to give a reasonable level of support (36GG). Overall I'd say the Royce allows more bounce than this bra, and has a more comfortable wide cottony under-band and higher neck-line which adds security and is also easier to put on. They are both good for different reasons... It's going to be the Shock Absorber for higher impact/running and the Royce for gardening and yoga/pilates. I'm a 30FF but the lady who fitted me gave me a 32G in this bra and it's perfect. Running in it felt fantastic!!

Since I started using Shock Absorber sports bras a few years ago, I wouldn't use any other. They really do hold your boobs comfortably, but firmly. I am a 32G, so have a lot to hold in place! I run, do circuit training and HIIT with mine - this bra works every time. Re comments on it being a tight bra - yes, it is pretty close-fitting, but that's what you need if you're going to be exercising vigorously. I bought my usual bra size and it fits perfectly.

Before discovering Bravissimo, I was used to squashing myself into sports bras, where the tightness would give me a bit of support but certainly not comfort. I also find wired sports bras really uncomfortable. When I tried this one, it was a revelation. The size is slightly different to others I have bought from Bravissimo, I went up a chest size. With it not being underwired, it is so comfortable to wear. The double clasps at the back make me feel super supported. I can run, do pilates, lift weights, whatever I want to, and I never find myself feeling uncomfortable or concerned about the bra. It is fantastic. On the site ordering a second one for back up right now. I hope Bravissimo never stop making this bra!

Love this bra, have had several of these and they are just perfect for yoga! I can bend and curl and no wires up under the chin, and no padding getting in the way in child pose and holds it all in for downward dog too. Did I say they look good too?!

I have owned these bras for over 10 years now and love them! I use them for running, cycling, aerobics, you name it! They last for AGES and I have only had to buy another recently due to putting on weight. Like lots of the reviews, I tend to buy a cup size smaller for ultimate support. For those of you struggling to get it on the best way I've found is to do the top clasp while it's around your waist then do the bottom clasp when it's in place.

I LOVE this bra! I never write reviews, but I had to recommend this item, as it provides amazing support! I bought the bra in June 2015 and I am still wearing it. I practice aerial yoga and hang in the air upside-down 3-4 times a week and I can safely say that this is no problem for the bra. It is soft, comfortable to wear and most of all really supportive!!! The only thing I would recommend is to try it on in a store, if possible. I did so and I ended up buying a smaller size than what I was wearing at the time, because it provided me with more support. Overall, I LOVE this bra!

I bought this bra a while ago, and have just started training for a marathon. With my normal fitness routine I found it a bit cumbersome because other sports bras did the job just as well. I have slight trouble closing the back and it felt like a workout to get the back all nice and aligned. HOWEVER I've now started training for a marathon. And running in any other sports bras is super bouncy and jiggly and this one keeps my boobs from becoming painful and I can't imagine running with any other sports bra. It's also nice in the grey colour because it looks nice enough to be worn on its own without a top over the top. I would like it to be available in other colours (i.e. not pink) because I'm not a pink wearing person. Will certainly keep an eye out for other colour combinations in future. I'm usually a 28GG but wanted a greater range of motion so I went to a 30G for this and it fits me very well without too much squashing. I'm buying another one so I have two since I can't wash it quickly enough.
