I have a few of the Clara style and needed an update. Upon ordering the usual size it was clear that I needed a slight size change. The bra is still lovely and a perfect fit, once I adjusted the size. However, after three attempts and 5 mins wear the eye that the hook goes into came loose out of the stitching. I cannot fault Bravissimo customer service they have been wonderful, however I have had to give up on this style, which is the best I have ever found. It would have been nice if Panache had looked into the issue and responded. There is definitely a quality issue as my other Clara bras are old and are still fully intact. Now I am in search of a new style....

I love the Clara, and so far have had a total five (!) in different colourways - nude being my latest purchase. I've always taken a cup size up from e.g. Panache Jasmine or unpadded Cleo bras, so I'm not sure if I'd call it true to size (if there is such a thing - I'm often a 30F, but wear also at least two other sizes, depending on the brand!) It's a very light shade of beige, so might be too bright for darker complexions. It has the same lux lace feel as the other colours imho, but surprisingly it fits a bit differently than the other two Claras I have & wear regularly (black/grey & cobalt blue) - the cups seem a tiny bit larger and for some reason the centre gore isn't entirely comfortable (never had this issue with the other bras). I hope this disappears with wear. About the briefs, as mentioned by another reviewer - I have those for Panache Jasmine in a size 12, so took the same size here and they are at least a size larger.

This is such a lovely bra. I have it in various colours but this time I bought it in Ivory. It’s a lovely fit and feels very supportive. I’ve only worn it a few times but both wires have come out under my arms making it uncomfortable to wear. Very disappointing as I usually love them.

Purchased this bra in ivory, loved it fits beautifully very comfortable. I was really upset when only having worn it for 2 days the wire came through the bra not just one side but both. contacted customer services was told they hadn't had any other problems so ordered a replacement. Received the replacement and this time after 1st wear the wire had come through. Sending back again and will not purchase another one. There must be a problem with material used or that hardness of the wire for this to happen so quickly. such a shame as a really pretty bra.

The colour was very bright, like a peachy beige. My boobs fell out the side.

Always gone for moulded balconette, but as 1 boob a whole size smaller I found they were not fitting great. Assistant in Liverpool shop suggested I try this bra. Wow after 30 years struggling I’ve found a bra that minimises my breasts, makes them look the same size, comfortable and supportive and looks pretty. Love the colours and aim to buy them all. I love this bra! It feels great on and it is so supportive - my boobs are sad and tired these days after four babies and this bra looks after them so well! They get a fantastic shape back and are really supported all round. I feel great in it, thank you Bravissimo! (I have it in black; can we have a lovely bright cobalt blue now please?)

I would recommend the staff at this shop in Chester. Great advice and fitting service in a relaxed and private atmosphere. Alice was a warm and courteous member of staff who helped me to choose lingerie for a special occasion. I would return to this shop when I visit Chester again.
