How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I had previously had a couple of Royce Sports bras and found them okay for my 36/38J boobs but they didn’t wash very well, lost their colour and tore near the brand label. I desperately needed a supportive sports bra for gym. So gave this one a go! The minute I put it on I knew this would be my “go to” bra. At gym it helped me feel more confident. Especially after menopause weight gain. I was so chuffed with the look, support and comfort I bought 3 more. Really happy to recommend these to all Bravissimo Girls and Women especially those bigger sized. Impressed! Oooh can we have some more colours please. This is my second Freya sports bra I’ve purchased. They are made of fabulous quality so the support is amazing in comparison to my M&S equivalent. They wash beautifully too, time after time. The bonus is the clip at the shoulder area to pull together to give that extra feel of added support . I’m sure to be buying more of this type of bra.Very good support
