Having tried branded sports bras mostly with cross backs which were rather uncomfortable being with larger boobs! This one is soo comfortable and doesn’t hurt my back as the weight is even due to nice shoulder straps. Now purchasing my second!

This bra is a little bit difficult to do up, but so worth the effort. Finaly a sports bra without the bounce,

Really does the job, perfect support for my exercise and hobbies of cycling and dancing.

Holds my boobs firmly but comfortably for Pilates.

I got a 34J as I know these bras tend to come up small. It takes a lot to hold that much weight still so this bra does a decent job with the racer back function secured too. My issue is the strength of the hook and eyes, I find this commonly, the hook just bends out of shape during wear and eventually will snap. Not all of the hooks, but still the quality would be improved by stronger ones.

I do a lot of exercise - weight training, HIIT, running, stretching, jumping around... and usually wear Shock Absorber Multi bras + a second crop top to get the support I need, which doesn't exactly make for a very tidy look with all the layers! I do not like exercising with underwires so always looking for good non-wired options. This bra is great when I set it up with the racer back option which gives me all the support I need in one bra - for the first time ever. It's a little fiddly to get on with four hook closures, but I have quickly got used to it. On first putting it on it feels a little stiff but once I start my exercise I really forget about it. The Bravissimo team were really helpful to help me get the right size. In the aforementioned Shock Absorbers, I wear either 34FF on tightest hooks or 32G. In normal Freya bras, I wear 32G. In this Freya Dynamic, I wear a 30GG and it fits perfectly (I ordered a couple of sizes to try different ones and this was absolutely the best). It keeps everything really firmly in place and I feel really secure, and I love that I can finally wear a sports bra that hides behind racerback tops, or I don't need to wear three layers for a workout :)

Everyone is differently shaped so this is a personal review. Too tight and restrictive, very squashed and yet strangely not supportive enough for running!

Had to return this sports bra as it came up too small in the back - bought my usual size (34FF) without trying on in the shop. Will look for usual brand next time.
