How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

A good everyday bra although the straps have a tendency to fold over which can be uncomfortable. Don’t put it on in a rush!Very Uncomfortable

Not sure why it went wrong. Was fitted in the shop with this particular bra. But since buying it & wearing it finding it the most uncomfortable bra I’ve ever had. Very tight band.Looks great

I needed a new bra after breast cancer surgery because the ‘girls’ had changed size. I have had several Idol bras in the past but because I live in the South West I had never been to a Bravissimo shop to have a fitting. My friend and I had a few days in Brighton and so a visit to the shop was a must!!
Such helpful and professional service and the Idol bra - in a new size and colour (Cinnamon 30F) was the one that suited me best. It holds me in place and gives me a fabulous shape - very happy to show my girls off now 😀Recently viewed
