I have always worn a 34 but this time bought a 36. I think that the cup size is H or HH. Next time I will go for a smaller cup as I have more room in the band. Also strap very difficult to tighten. I don't have a model girl figure and the Tango is the best bra I have bought in my 83 years.PERFECT
