I need the 36 for the cup width, but whereas usually this means tightest hooks, this I can wear on the outer ones, so there's a bit less give in the band; the cup likewise I generally have a touch of loose material in the G (but smaller gives me quadriboob) and this is perfect, so again less forgiving than a standard cup. Great for me, but if you're pushing the limit of your size, this won't have the give for you. Style-wise, this is almost perfect. It shapes well enough that I can wear it under work clothes before heading to the gym and not look 'lumpy', the underwrire is completely unnoticeable and everything is cushioned and comfy, it envelops me enough that I don't have to worry about exercising in those droopy tanks that start flaunting décolletage after twenty minutes' exercise, and it supports without rubbing or squishing. Only complaint is the boring colour (pink is the only real fun option, and that's been sold out forever!), would be great with more range.

I had a fitting today as I haven't had a sports bra for a while but have been advised that I should wear one for yoga. This feels very supportive with no spillage at the top as it comes up quite high, possibly could be worn as a cropped top too for someone younger. Great help and advice from Julie in Chester.

I've had this sports bra for 6/7 weeks and it's already coming apart! Underwire is poking out and the material on the Underwire has all come apart. The hooks on the back are coming out! I don't wear it much twice a week! For the money it's rubbish!

I've just come back from taking this bra on its first test outing - a 4.5km run - and can testify that it's SO comfortable and supportive, and definitely worth the money. (I returned two rubbish sports bras to M&S for the same price as this one, and I'm glad I did!) My Panache day bra is a 30E and I was fitted as a 30F instore for this one, but it fits perfectly and I feel securely held (but not squashed). Particularly impressed by how well it covers the top of my breasts without making them sweaty. It's also not constricting my ribcage. Would highly recommend!

This sports bra is really excellent, I was always skeptical about trying underwired sports bras as I thought it would be uncomfortable, especially for a high impact contact sport. The impact support isn't necessarily as great as, say, the Shock Absorber D+ Max, but you still get excellent high impact support while maintaining excellent shape. I play a sport that gets photographed a lot, and as vain as it may sound, having an underwired sports bra that actually separates my boobs and gives me a bit of shape gives me a lot more confidence in my uniform. The bra is very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it - the choice of colours is great too. It is a pricey choice - but with £5 off at the moment I couldn't go wrong.

I bought sport bras many times and have had many problems with them ! I never found a sport bra whit great support until I ordered this bra. To me, it is just perfect ! My breasts look great, the bra gives great support (which is the most important for running) and I like it's simplicity. Plus, my breasts don't bounce anymore... :) I would totally recommend it, specially to women with big breasts and little back size !

I bought it the first time a year ago, then bought another one because it is soooo good!
