we may be distanced but we’re not distant!~

Whenever you have a bra fitting with us, our aim is that you leave feeling confident and amazing (and with a well-supported spring in your step!).

It’s our number one priority that you and our teams are safe when having a fitting with us, so we will still be doing things a little differently for the time being, whilst still providing the same uplifting and fun fitting experience!

Here’s a little more information on what to expect when having a fitting in our shops:

  • We’ll spend more time chatting with you to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll ask you questions so we can find out how your current bra is fitting and what styles you like so we can help you find something that makes you feel confident and amazing!

  • We’ll keep at a safe distance. Our bra fitters have all been trained to give contact-free bra fittings, so we can keep at a safe distance

  • We will guide you through how to adjust your bra yourself, so you can make sure it’s fitting you well (sometimes a scoop, wiggle and jiggle makes all the difference to help you find a great fit for you!)

  • In England we encourage you to wear a mask in store, in line with government guidance, but you may choose not to wear one. We will ask you to wear a mask for fittings, unless you are medically except. We appreciate you may no longer carry a mask and are happy to provide you with a disposable mask for fittings

  • In Scotland and Wales, it is a requirement that all customers and staff wear a mask at all times while in store. We have disposable face masks available for you, if you require one please just ask

  • If we don't have the size and style you are looking for, we can order your item in store for it to be delivered to you at home free of charge. In Scotland, in line with guidance, we will hold back items that have been tried on or returned until they are safe for others to try on

  • We will ensure fitting rooms are are regularly and thoroughly cleaned for your safety. There will also be less people allowed in the waiting areas at any one time

  • Please keep in mind that there are restrictions on the number of people who can come into a shop at any one time, so for now, we encourage you to shop by yourself. If you're in a group, please feel free to call ahead to check we can accommodate you

We’re still here to help so if you need anything at all, please do ask one of us and we hope you leave feeling supported and uplifted in every way!

With love,The Team at Bravissimo x
