Why can't I buy sleepwear online?

Unfortunately, much of our sleepwear stock was lost in the warehouse fire, which means we’re no longer able to offer it online. Browse our collection of sleep bras that keep you comfortable and supported while you sleep, and work under any sleepwear.

Why can’t I find a style I’ve bought before?

As a result of our warehouse fire, you may see some changes in our collections. The good news is we’ve been able to restock the vast majority of our most-loved styles, as well as bring in new and improved pieces, so our Fall collection really is better than ever. There are still a few gaps across the collection, including some of your favorite swimwear styles, and we’re working on introducing more as soon as possible. Why am I unable to place orders over the phone or live chat?

As a result of some changes we’ve made to the way we receive and process payments in order reduce the impact of the US-imposed tariffs on our customers, we are currently only able to take orders via our website. But don’t worry, our award-winning customer service team is still here to help with calls, live chat and virtual fittings so you can shop with confidence.

Why am I seeing ‘Eveden’ instead of ‘Bravissimo’ on my bank statement?

We’ve done everything we can to minimize the impact of US-imposed tariffs on our customers. As part of that, Eveden – part of the Wacoal group, just like us – will now receive and process payments. So, if you notice your payments are showing as Eveden instead of Bravissimo on your bank statements, don’t worry, it’s still us!

Why have the prices of your products changed?

Whilst we've done everything we can to minimize the impact of US-imposed tariffs for our customers, you will notice some small price increases on our products as a result of these changes.
