Is your website secure?

Absolutely. All transactions made on our website are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection (we don’t allow transactions to take place that aren’t secure!).

The encryption technique we use is certified by Globalsign, one of the largest and most well-respected certification authorities. Globalsign certificates are trusted by all popular browsers, operating systems and mobile devices. We have an Extended Certificate, which means that the certificate also confirms who the site is run by as well as the security.

Depending on which browser you are using, you may see different security features such as a padlock symbol or the address bar turning green. However, regardless of whether you're using Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser, you can be confident that our site is safe and secure.

We don’t store any credit/debit card data at Bravissimo – it is all kept with a secure payment provider for your peace of mind.

When will my card be charged for my order?

We will charge your card when we post your items. If part of your order is delayed and is sent to you in a separate parcel we will process two separate charges. We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

I’ve been notified of a problem processing my card details. How can I update my order?

Don’t worry – it’s more than likely that your card provider is being extra cautious! Please contact our Customer Services team by email or by calling +1 877 826 3857 and we’ll be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Electron cards.

What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard® Secure Code™?

To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard® Secure Code™. These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorized use when you shop with us, giving you additional security during the checkout process. To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organization that issued your card. Once you've registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be automatically prompted at our checkout to provide this password each time you make a purchase.

I don’t remember my Verified by Visa and MasterCard® Secure Code™ password – how can I place my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to your Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode™ password, so if you have forgotten it, try using the password reminder facility or contact your card issuer for more help. In the meantime, you can place your order by calling our Customer Services team at +1 877 826 3857, by emailing us or by visiting your nearest store.

Do you offer an account facility so I can pay monthly?

No, we don’t offer an account facility, so all items need to be paid for in full before the order can be sent to you.

If I want to pay by check, to whom do I make it payable?

Checks need to be in Pounds Sterling (£) and made payable to Bravissimo. Send your check along with your order form to: Bravissimo Ltd, PO Box 2622, Leamington Spa, CV32 4XA.

If I pay by gift voucher and don’t spend the full value, how will I be refunded?

If you pay using a an e-voucher, we will send you a new voucher for the difference by email.

I have been given a gift voucher but I am not a Bravissimo bra size, what can I do?

Are you really sure you’re not a Bravissimo bra size?! Many women who come to us for fitting advice discover that they are actually a D cup or above and if someone has bought you a gift voucher, they could well be dropping you a hint that they think you are a Bravissimo girl! We’d be delighted to help you find out either way so please either give us a call at +1 877 826 3857. We offer a wide choice of styles so even if you’re not a Bravissimo girl, there’s every chance that you will be able to find something to treat yourself to.

I have ordered an e-voucher, how long will it take to reach me?

An e-voucher will be sent directly to you by email and should be with you within 24 hours of ordering.

I live outside the EU; will I have to pay VAT?

Although goods sent to addresses outside the EU are not subject to VAT, our customers pay the same prices across the world as this helps us to cover some of the additional costs of providing a service to international customers.

I live in the Channel Islands; will sales tax be deducted from my order?

Yes, when your order reaches us in Customer Services, we will deduct the sales tax from the order. Although your confirmation email for each item will not show the sales tax deduction, the total order amount quoted will show the price to be charged to you, after the sales tax deduction.
