We’re on the first floor of Eldon Garden Shopping Centre, which has loads of parking, or we’re just a 5-minute walk from Haymarket bus and metro station. Fun fact – you can see St. James’ Park from our waiting area, and you can even hear the soccer fans cheer when there’s a goal! Perfect selling point for those partners in tow on match day! We are located on the first floor of Eldon Garden Shopping Centre, which can be accessed via Eldon Square near John Lewis or Percy Street in Newcastle’s city center. It’s a 5-minute walk from Haymarket bus and metro station.

Car parking: Eldon Garden has its own car park with 430 car parking spaces and links directly into the centre, taking you from car to shops in moments.
Accessibility : Newcastle Shop mobility is based on the 4th level of the Eldon Garden Car Park or accessible at street level from Morden Street. We have an extra-large fitting room which can easily accommodate wheel chairs.
Baby changing: There are toilets and a baby room located on the Upper and the Lower Mall Levels. We have an extra-large fitting room which can easily accommodate push chairs.
