I have been wearing Alana bras for years in a variety of colours. They are usually great. However, on this occasion I am not happy. I bought the nude coloured bra some time ago but kept it for a special occasion. I have just spent one of the most uncomfortable days of my life. The lower band on both sides at the back of the bra has not been fully encased in the binding. The mesh fabric Is sticking out and has curled. This ridge has been digging in to my back all day. I couldn’t believe how sharp it was when I eventually got the bra off and checked to see what was causing the discomfort. I have had the bra too long to return it and can only hope it will soften with washing.

Bought this as one of three nude bras to choose one, and ending up keeping this as as well as the Darcy. Darcy is a bit softer, more comfortable and gives better shape, but this one is also really nice and think it will soften in the wash. Went up a back size and down a cup, following other reviews and I find this size in Bravissimo's own bras is a really good fit for me. Couldn't get a Darcy in plain white so purchased this one in white too. Don't wear white very often but it's always nice to have a crisp white one.

I am extremely happy with this bra. I love the support and extra coverage it offers. I usually wear Freya 28FF, but the 28G in this style fit just right. This is the first Bravissimo brand style I have felt comfy in. Please continue to make in the 28 band! I plan to repurchase this style. It is so nice as a nude everyday bra.

Love, love, love this bra! Have bought it in cobalt blue, black, white and nude over the last few years. It’s THE best fit, most comfortable bra I’ve bought. Need more colours please!

Have been a fan of this style for a few years now and always have a couple on the go. Bit disappointed in the change of the nude colour; it’s now much more ‘peachy’ than it used to be. Not so nice, what a shame! Style and fit still great though.

When I first got this bra I really liked it but after a couple of washes the lace on the top is too tight and it makes me pop out over the top of the bra. You can also see your nipple through the bra which is not helpful when wearing light colored clothing.

I love the Alana for the support, comfort and fit. This is the only style I have bought in 10yrs! Boring yes, but reliable. Please never discontinue this style.

When you need a larger cup there is precious little choice and so Alana has been a friend for years. The most important thing is it gives great support and is always comfortable. It's so good to have a bra in my size that comes in a variety of colours rather than black or white. A few things to mention. I go up a cup size for a better fit, Its probably my shape I take a cup smaller in Charlotte. With the underwires, which has been mentioned, I always hand wash and I've not had a problem. On the whole very pleased and I would recommend
