Hello, from London’s Oxford Circus team. At our lovely lingerie shop, we’re passionate about giving top notch service to anyone who walks through our doors. We consider ourselves a small oasis of calm in the midst of the capital’s hustle and bustle. Our fitting rooms have a gorgeous and comfy waiting area full of magazines; lots of you mention how lovely it is to catch your breath while you wait to try on lingerie, bras, and underwear.
We’re just a 2 minute walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station and there are loads of cafes, restaurants, parks, and other shops near us – you could spend hours around here after you've popped in to try our beautiful selection of bras, underwear, swimwear and more!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 0207 462 5620. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are less than a 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus station; make sure you come out of exit 1 to get you on the correct side of the road. Walk along Regent Street with Nike Town on your right hand side, and when you reach Boots on the corner, we are just next door!
Local information
Car parking: Our closest car park is Cavendish Square (3 minute walk from us). Free parking is available outside our store (on Margaret Street) on Sundays only.
Trains and buses: TFL www.tfl.gov.uk has all the London route information.
Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: flat entrance, double front door, accessible fitting room (plus other large fitting rooms), lift in store and accessible payment terminals. Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
