Hello, we’re the Chelmsford team and we’re so pleased that our lovely lingerie shop is here to support you! You’ll find us within the Bond Street development – it’s a fab location to shop our gorgeous selection of bras, underwear, swimwear, and so much more! Come along and see us – we’ll be really happy to see you in our lingerie shop for a bra fitting, or whatever else you need!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 01245 269308. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are located in easy walking distance from the train and bus station. We are connected to the main High Street via a walkway near to Superdrug. We are located next door to Jack Wills and Foyles is opposite.

Car Parking: Our nearest car park is Bond Street car park, which is situated just off Springfield Road.
Accessibility Support : Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
