Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: located on the upper level of shops – access around 10 shops to the left via a ramp on Bridge Street, accessible fitting room on same level as entrance, accessible payment terminal. Some of our team members speak different languages, and we'll do our best to assist you in your preferred language, depending on availability!

Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.
