Hello from the team at Chester! We’re a really close team and we love seeing our customers leave us feeling confident and happy. People often compliment our lovely lingerie shop which has loads of character as it’s in a gorgeous old building. Our shop is split over different levels (it’s really unique!) and we have fitting rooms downstairs, for those who can’t use the stairs. We’re also proud of our comfy waiting area where your family or friends can wait for you while you’re having a fitting, or trying on our gorgeous selection of bras, underwear and swimwear.
You will find us on Watergate Row, which is a historic and very central part of the city. If you fancy a coffee or a bite to eat after your bra fitting, you’ve got loads of options on the streets around us. We can’t wait to see you!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 01244 357 030. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

We are located on Watergate Row which leads from the Cross - you will find us above Morgan and opposite Reiss!
Local information
Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: located on the upper level of shops – access around 10 shops to the left via a ramp on Bridge Street (please note this ramp is currently closed due to building work. Please call ahead and the team can explain how to access the shop if you have a pram or wheelchair), accessible fitting room on same level as entrance, accessible payment terminal. Please call ahead to store management for our team to help you in any of the following languages: Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Trains and buses: There are plenty of bus routes. The Park and Ride is great to take you into the city centre and runs very frequently.
Nearest car park: Our nearest car parks are Pepper Street, Princes Street (market car park) or the Grosvenor shopping centre car park.
Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
