Can I change my order?

If we haven’t already despatched it to you (we do aim to be as quick as possible!) then yes, of course. Our Customer Services team will do our very best to help you whatever the situation. Please get in touch with us by email or by calling 01926 459 859.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely, you can cancel your order any time before we’ve despatched it to you. You can do this within My Account, just click on Orders & Returns, and if you can cancel your order, you will see a "Cancel Order" button. Simply click this button, and we will email you confirmation of your cancelation once it's processed. If you would prefer to do this over the phone, please contact our Customer Services team by email or by calling us on 01926 459 859 and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I return something and reserve another item in exchange?

All returns in the UK are free and you will find a freepost returns address label to use in your order box (if you can't find it, don't worry, you can create one here, or call us on 01926 459 859.

If you’d like to place an exchange order you can do this by contacting our Customer Services team by email or by calling us on 01926 459 859. We will take all the details of the items you’d like in exchange and we’ll be happy to reserve them for you while we wait for your returns to arrive at our warehouse. Alternatively, you can fill in the details on the returns form and we’ll place the exchange order when we receive your paperwork.

It’s really important to us that you feel comfortable in the bras that you buy from us so, if once you’ve worn a new bra, you find it uncomfortable or you’re not happy with it for any reason, please stop wearing it and get in touch with us so that we can suggest an alternative size or style. Why can’t I edit or cancel my order online?

At the moment we’re not able you to give you the option to amend or edit your order online (sorry - we are working on it!). For now, please contact our Customer Services team by email or by calling us on 01926 459 859 and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Why are your bras more expensive than some on the high street?

In a nutshell, it’s because they’re better! Making bras that not only look great but do the all-important job of supporting our ample assets is a very skilled job. Our design and technical team spend thousands of hours every year making sure that each and every one of the styles we offer will give you the best possible fit, shape and quality.
Like many of the brands we stock, when we develop our own bras, we grade and fit each individual size to make sure it offers the best possible fit – this isn’t something that other retailers do as standard which is why less expensive bras often don’t fit or support as well, particularly in bigger cup sizes. Added to that, we use the best quality fabrics and materials to make sure our styles look and feel lovely, last well and most importantly, are up to the job! I've had a mastectomy/partial mastectomy/lumpectomy. Can I claim the VAT back on bras with mastectomy pockets?

UK ONLY. If you have had a mastectomy, partial mastectomy or lumpectomy, you are entitled to claim back the VAT on any bras we sell with mastectomy pockets. To do so, please fill out this form and we will refund the VAT paid.
