I have questions or feedback about your new website. What can I do?

We have recently launched our new website, and we hope you like many of its new features! However, if you do encounter any issues or would like to give us feedback, please contact us by emailing our customer services team.

I’ve forgotten my password, can you send me a reminder?

Absolutely. If you have forgotten your password, just go to the My Account page, enter your email address and click the Forgotten your password? link. We'll then send you a password reminder to the email address you have registered with us which we hope will jog your memory. If you’d prefer, you can reset your password and if you choose this option, we’ll email you the instructions.

I’m having trouble placing my order online. What can I do?

Our site works with most browsers including Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox, and on mobile devices. To use our site you do need to have JavaScript enabled on your browser and you also need to enable cookies. If these are both enabled and you’re still experiencing problems, please get in touch with us by emailing our Customers Services team, starting a Live Chat or giving us a call on 01926 459 859 and we’ll do everything we can to help.
