The super-uplifting Asher will keep you up, up, up! Based on the best-selling Marcie bra, it gives a really rounded, upfront shape without any padding and it’s a great option if your boobs are set close together.
Beautiful bra if you are toned and in shape. The underwire stops too short on the sides for large-busted women. I had breast tissue spilling over the sides under my arms. A well constructed bra will hold everything in and push it forward.
Fits ok but the shoulder straps curl in such a way that they dig into your shoulders. I thought it just needed wearing in but it hasn’t improved. It leaves such deep angry marks on my shoulders that I never wear it.
Great fit: round, perky and it somehow has a minimizing effect. I loved the Marcie bra and was very dissapointed to hear that they discontinued, but Asher is a great alternative that, honestly, looks even better on me than Marcie!
Like many others, I was very sad to hear that the Marcie was being discontinued, as it was one of my best-fitting bras. Even though I heard that Asher was based on Marcie, I put off ordering it, unsure that it would be the same. The Asher is VERY similar to Marcie in fit, but the design is miles better than Marcie, in my opinion. It still has narrow wires, good projection, and is fairly open on top. I order one cup smaller than my typical size, as the cups run large for me. My only complaint is I wish there were three rows of hooks in the back instead of two, for more support. It's still comfortable, though. If you loved Marcie, try Asher out!
My new favorite! It easily dethrones the Freya Rio (also in 28FF), my previous favourite for everyday wear. This give a fantastic shape from the front and side, upfront, rounded, with tons of lift. Very comfortable and supportive - I like that the upper lace panel is non-stretch, so it suppresses bounce. It looks very smooth under clothes (as nearly invisible as a seamed bra can be), a huge improvement over the Marcie. All-round the most perfect bra I've ever had - highly recommended.
Pretty and supportive design but I'd recommend going up a size in chest and cup as this was at least two sizes too small for me.
Very easy to wear, fit is perfect, keeps everything where is should be! Please bring out in white.
I'm a big fan of the Marcie bra, I own more than 6 pairs. I wanted to try this one and I'm really please. It is true that it gives a forward and upfront look, the shape that I prefer. It's also nice to have a ''Marcie'' bra, without those little polka dot that was showing under my tshirt. I'll buy the black one too.
