Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: two flat wide entrances to the store, accessible fitting room on the ground floor, access from downstairs in the shopping centre and car park lift access to the upper floor.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.
