I have been a bravissimo customer for over 20 years, my local store is Milton Keynes. I visited on the 8th February where I was offered a fitting due to menopause and body shape change, it was lovely to be offered this at short notice, I needed new bras and swimwear for an upcoming trip to Thailand. Not feeling my best in swimwear I’d picked out a lot to try on. My fitter called ILLY was possibly the best fitter helpful member of staff I’ve ever encountered at the store, she really took her time with me helping to get the back right then the cup and trying different sizes depending on the make, she was calm kind and so helpful really knowing her stuff and complimented on swim wear that really flattered my shape, this really gave me a boost. She is an absolute credit to the store thank you so much ILLY . All the staff that day were so helpful I could hear them helping others while I waited for more styles to be bought to me. I once again feel my boobs are looked after and my holiday will have me laying in the sunshine with confidence. Great work Milton Keynes store.
