I visited the store yesterday and was able to have a fitting with Keziah.
As I have a disability it has been many years since I was well enough to be properly fitted in store.
I was shown to a spacious fitting room where I was able to sit comfortably while I explained what I needed. Keziah listened carefully and chose a range of bras for me. I was assisted to put on and take off each bra with respect throughout the fitting.
I was so pleased to have found an excellent selection to buy. Keziah was so kind, knowledgeable and patient, especially going backwards and forwards fetching bras on one of the hottest days of the year.
Two lovely ladies then carefully wrapped my purchases and chatted to me at the till.
The whole experience was wonderful and Keziah is a huge credit to the store.
