I had an event and couldn’t get to a branch. I jumped onto the website but A) needed to reasses my size and B) find the style I couldn’t find on the site. Emma the chat assistant (think they are real and not AI) was excellent! Helped me figure out my size from asking a few questions and managed to find the style I wanted by my very weak description!! A legend! I bought 2 and they fit brilliantly and were exactly what I wanted! Cheers Emma!!

I attended a fitting at the Bath shop a couple of weeks ago and had the most amazing experience with my fitter Fleur. She was so personable and kind, and although the Bath location isn't running at full capacity in terms of changing rooms at the moment, the experience was not dulled. for the first time ever I have a bra that fits right and is comfortable. I was very tentative going in for a fitting as I have never had one however I couldn't recommend it enough as it really makes a difference, I went from wearing a 38 G to a 34 HH/J. I can't thank Fleur enough she was so fun and attentive!
