Travelled a long way to get to my nearest Bravissimo, but very worth it! i needed by size checked as have recently lost weight. The fitting slots were all full. but I still got a lot of help with fitting from Claire. Even though the shop was very busy it was a great experience.

I had an online fitting. It was very interesting. I was advised on my sizing and proceeded to order a few bras with their recommendations. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. I then had an online fitting, this was very useful. It was decided that one was not a good fit at all and an exchanged needed. I returned the bras I didn't want using the agreed method. My exchange was sent out a week later and my refund was also dealt with within a week. 2nd delivery was just as quick and this size fits fine.
