All the staff I encountered at the Norwich branch were lovely. I was fitted by Yara. Yara understood exactly what I wanted and put me at my ease throughout the fitting. Excellent service and very happy with my purchases and experience at the Norwich store.

I went to the Newcastle shop last week on a very warm day. The shop was cool and bright. When I explained what I wanted the young woman who fitted me brought a number of bras in my size and said she had more if needed . Great to have such a choice in my size 34ff. She gave me advice on what style was best for me and which fitted well and I left very happily with two bras. I have since swapped one for a different style but this was no trouble. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
