I visited the Shop after booking a fitting session. It was a little stuffy/warm in the fitting rooms, but my assigned assistant. Was friendly and helpful I was looking for a specific kind of Bra as I am 75 and want support with comfort. She asked what size I was already wearing and based on that she bought me a selection of soft Bras. Eventually I tried several designs and sizes and chose3 Bras, 2 of one design and one of another all different colours. Unfortunately one of the Bras was not in stock so I ordered it to be delivered at home. I was happy at the time of purchase. The next day I chose one of the bras to wear, after 3 hours I couldn’t wait to remove it as I found it so uncomfortable. The shoulder strap had rings to adjust the straps these dug into my clavicles. When I got home I changed into the other Bra sadly after two hours the built in support seemed to cause a uniboob effect. The next day I rang the help desk and after explaining my problem the assistant agreed to a return and refund including the one in the post as it was the same design. Because I had such a good response I am determined to return to the store after my upcoming holiday. Hopefully I will find what I’m looking for. I can’t praise the high standard of service enough.

This is the first time I've bought a properly fitted bikini, and can't believe I waited so long -literally years of slightly disappointing high street bikinis. The bravissimo bikini fits so beautifully, and I feel great in it. I'm never going back!
