About the role:
We are looking for a pro-active PA to join our team at Bravissimo for a 12-month maternity cover. This varied and exciting role will support the Senior Leadership Team, enabling them to devote as much time as possible to our strategic objectives. A key part of the role is to manage the diary and activities of our SLT, arranging meetings, locations, agendas, and ensuring the time spent together is managed efficiently and productively. You will also provide admin support, which includes travel arrangements and expenses, and complete any finance admin. You will support during meetings, with capturing decision making and delivery of actions, preparing necessary documentation for pre-reading in advance of the meetings and ensuring outstanding actions are progressed in a timely manner. You will be a part of the People & Culture team which means that you will also support our culture, communication and engagement activities throughout the year including annual conferences, long service celebrations & cultural events.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Be an active member of and provide admin support to our Charity network
· Provide ad-hoc co-ordinator support for the People & Culture team, including cover for our reception at Bra HQ.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customers to understand what is important, whether that’s working in stores, taking calls on customer services or stocktaking in our warehouse. We are all in it together – We are Bravissimo!
About you:
· You will have a friendly and approachable working style, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have the confidence to be firm when needed.
· You will be motivated to deliver our purpose, be an ambassador for our brand and will demonstrate our informal, positive culture.
· You will have excellent planning and organisation skills, able to deliver to deadlines and work under pressure.
· You will be a proactive self-starter and will be comfortable acting with limited guidance.
· You will have excellent attention to detail and can prioritise and multi-task.
· You will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
· The ability to draft presentations and communications is desirable.
This is a full-time role, but part time would be considered for the right candidate. We have a hybrid working environment. Due to the nature of the role, we would expect the majority of our PA’s time to be spent at Bra HQ.
