I love the look and support of the Alana bras but find the wire really digs in under my arms and also under my bust at the front. Having read the reviews of the Melrose I trundled off to try it. This is the most comfortable, best-fitting, and supportive bra ever. True to size too. It's not as cute as the Alana but *meh* to that. We've had the three basic colours so now how about a navy, aubergine, or slate grey for this Winter?

I ordered a 34hh which is my true size, there is no way that the sizing is correct as mentioned by other posters. managed to do up hook but wouldn't have been able to breath. very disappointing. now a major rush to get another before a wedding Saturday.

At last have hopefully found a comfortable Bra. Visited the Norwich shop and asked to try what Nude colour .Bras they had and soon found the Melrose Bra to be the best fit for my Heavy Bust. Have now worn the bra for a day and has been very comfortable. No digging in and find it lifts my bust and gives me a great shape. Will now be ordering another one and hope later in year there will be a Dark Brown!!

I got this in store as my free bra. Its the best fitting bra I have had for a long time. The side sling design is perfect for me I am a 36 G and often the bras dig in at the side, but not this one. I will be buying this in every colour - please keep this style!

I was having so much trouble keeping my straps on my narrow shoulders that I asked for help from Bravissimo. I'm so pleased I did! I received an extremely detailed reply from Emma Dowdeswell and she advised me to try a full cup style bra instead of my usual balconnet style as the straps weren't as far apart. What a difference! The wires don't dig in under my arms anymore and my straps stay up. The wires at the front fit flush and sat behind my breast tissue under my arms rather than cutting me in two. It gives a good shape, even to my pointy boobs. Not quite as uplifting as a balconnet but still good lift and excellent support which is all I want from a bra. I would like to see some more colours in this style and some more full cup styles on the website though. Thanks for the advice Emma. I'm very pleased.

I am very pleased with this bra. It's really comfy and looks great on. The sizing is spot on and it really does hold you in at the sides - well done, Bravissimo!

Aside from the fact that it arrived the day after ordering online, I tried it on and could have cried, because being large busted I have not been this comfortable in a bra for such a long time. I actually can't feel that I'm wearing it. The feel, the look and the fit are perfect. I think I'm in love.

At last I have managed to get a "Bravissimo" bra. I have always found "Panache" bras the easiest to get the correct fit for myself. However a friend told me that Bravissimo's own brand were much more comfortable in the straps etc. But no matter which size I sent for I could not work out which one corresponded with the size I was wearing in Panache bras. Problem solved when I eventually made it to the store in Glasgow. The young girl who fitted me was excellent,very patient & I came out with exactly what I wanted - a white, very comfortable, flattering Bravissimo bra. I am glad I persevered, it is the most comfortable bra I have worn in a long time!!
