About the role

The Creative Artworker will support the wider Creative team across both print and digital outputs by preparing artwork for various channels, including print, web, email, and social. They will ensure the efficient and accurate execution of design tasks, maintaining Bravissimo’s visual identity and delivering high-quality assets across all touchpoints. This role will assist in artwork preparation, asset management, and supporting designers to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing artwork for print and digital channels, including seasonal Bravissimo magazines, window displays, website banners, social media posts, and newsletters.

  • Prepare and format final assets according to specifications for each channel, ensuring all files meet technical and brand requirements.

  • Organise and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring files are clearly labelled, version-controlled, and easily accessible.

  • Support the design team in creating mock-ups for campaigns, presentations, and proposals.

  • Help manage creative workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated where needed.

  • Maintain attention to detail and consistency, ensuring all artwork adheres to Bravissimo’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required, such as compiling image packs, reformatting assets, or preparing files for handover.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and support the development of new concepts as part of the wider team.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customer facing areas to understand what is important. Customer Facing Visits (in Retail, Customer Services and Warehouse) will consist of a minimum of 2 visits during peak (April to August). For the rest of the year, generally, it will be a visit once per quarter.

About you

  • Previous experience as an assistant or intern is desirable but not essential—we welcome applications from graduates.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a bonus).

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to design and asset preparation.

  • Knowledge of basic web design principles and social media asset formatting is a plus.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities.

  • A collaborative team player with clear communication skills.

  • An instinctive understanding of Bravissimo’s brand, purpose, and values.

  • A passion for design and a keen interest in the retail or fashion sector.
