Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customer facing areas to understand what is important. Customer Facing Visits (in Retail, Customer Services and Warehouse) will consist of a minimum of 2 visits during peak (April to August). For the rest of the year, generally, it will be a visit once per quarter (forming part of your Quarterly Review). We are all in it together - We are Bravissimo.
