How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Im 32GG and like to do active sports. Until this bra I have put up with bras that squash and give the mono look, not to mention not enough support. This bra separates and supports. There is no fighting to get it on and tbh I feel able to do proper sports again. Thank you.Best ever

I struggle to find suitable bras to give me the support and shape I want. These bras are brilliant. They do lift and separate. I wear them as an every day bra and although not “sexy” underwear they give me confidence to wear tighter clothes knowing I haven’t got saggy or monoboobs! Love love them.😀Brilliant sports bra

This is the best bra I’ve found for running. It’s my 3rd one now and I haven’t found anything better. It beats the bounce, keeps a good boob shape and is reasonably comfortable, although does feel a bit like armour! But I think that’s what it takes to be a successful running bra.Inspire sports bra
