I am a keen runner so bought this after reading the reviews about keeping the bounce down. I would agree that the cups keep everything in place but for me I just couldn’t find a comfy back size. I ordered a 32 which was too big then ordered a 30 which was too tight so sent both back. Think I will wait until the shop is open and go for a fitting.Firm and supportive
