Hello from Birmingham! We love seeing our customers’ self-perception change for the better, and playing a part in their confidence going through the roof is truly a wonderful thing. A little bit about our lovely lingerie shop… we’re located on Cannon Street between New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street stations so we’re very easy to reach and we’re in the heart of the shopping area, just a stone’s throw away from the Bullring. Our lingerie shop is inspired by our customers, so we hope you’ll feel totally at home here and we look forward to seeing you soon!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 0121 643 9612. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are located on Cannon Street, a few units up from New Street. If you are walking to us from Snow Hill station, we are located on the road behind Birmingham Cathedral. We have White Stuff and Jigsaw as our neighbours.
Local information
Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: flat entrance, double front door, accessible fitting room on the same level as the entrance and an accessible payment terminal.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. Car Parks: John Lewis at Grand Central have a car park. There is an NCP Car Park at Albert Street, about a 10-15 minute walk away.
Trains and Buses: We are within a 10 minute walk from Moor Street, a 5 minute walk from Snow Hill and a 3 minute walk from Grand Central and New Street station. We are also close to tram stops on Corporation Street and can be accessed by several local National West Midlands bus services.
Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
