Hello! A big warm welcome from the Cardiff team, where our main aim is that you leave our shop feeling uplifted! Our shop opening hours have temporarily changed, you will find our opening times below. We’re really looking forward to seeing you in store soon, where you can try on our beautiful selection of bras, underwear, swimwear, and so much more!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 02920 231266. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are in the city centre, on the upper floor of the Upper level of the Grand Arcade of St David's shopping centre.
Local information
Car parking: St David's Shopping Centre has its own car park with 2,500 spaces.
Trains and buses: Our nearest bus stops are on Westgate Street or by John Lewis. Our closest train station is Cardiff Central, which is less than a ten minute walk from our shop.
Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: flat entrance on upper floor of a shopping centre which has lift access, double front door, accessible fitting room, accessible payment terminal and lift in store.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
Baby changing: The nearest toilets/baby changing facilities are in St David's centre.
