Hi, we are the Cheltenham team – welcome to our lovely lingerie shop! We love to see our customers leave a bra fitting with a beaming smile knowing we have made a difference. We’re really familiar with all the styles we offer (from bras and underwear to swimwear) because we love to try them on ourselves – so if you’re after recommendations then you’re coming to the right place! Our lingerie shop is located in the Regent Arcade in the centre of the town, where there is loads of parking. Also, don’t miss the Wishing Fish Clock in the arcade which delights children and adults alike by playing ‘Forever Playing Bubbles’ every thirty minutes! We’re looking forward to seeing you soon.
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 01242 539619. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are in the Regent Arcade in the centre of the town, we are located towards the bottom of the arcade next to Carluccios and not too far away from Thorntons. We have an entrance on both the ground floor and the first floor.
Local information
Trains and Buses: Cheltenham Spa train station is just minutes from Regent Arcade and can be easily reached with a short bus or taxi ride into the town centre. Arle Court Park and Ride is signposted from junction 11 of the M5. The service runs to the town centre every 10 minutes. Cheltenham Race Course Park and Ride runs every 15 minutes.
Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: two flat wide entrances to the store, accessible fitting room on the ground floor, access from downstairs in the shopping centre and car park lift access to the upper floor.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
