Car parking: Our closest car park is Cavendish Square (3 minute walk from us). Free parking is available outside our store (on Margaret Street) on Sundays only.

Accessibility Support: Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: flat entrance, double front door, accessible fitting room (plus other large fitting rooms), lift in store and accessible payment terminals. Some of our team members speak different languages, and we'll do our best to assist you in your preferred language, depending on availability!

Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.
