How we'resupporting Bravissimo girlsIn every way we can

With these unprecedented and challenging times, we wanted to update you on what we’re doing to protect and support both our customers and our teams. Whilst bras are not ‘essential’ in the same way as food and medicines, many big-boobed women do still depend on us. A comfortable and supportive bra is important for a lot of us and we often hear that Bravissimo girls prefer to wear a bra even when at home (rather than going braless!) so they can feel more comfortable and secure.

It’s also important to us to continue to be here for those of our customers who are keyworkers and are working on the front line who need a comfortable and supportive bra, so they can continue to support everyone else. Bravissimo girls, we’re here to do everything we can to ‘support’ and ‘uplift’ you in every way we can, for as long as we can.

Protecting our people

It’s so important to us to protect our people and our number one priority is to keep our customers, teams and their families safe, healthy and well.

All our shops have closed for now and we look forward to seeing you in store when this all passes. Our customer services team and office teams are all working from their living rooms and kitchens, supporting customers whilst getting to know each other’s partners, pets and kids in the background (there may be a bit more noise than usual, we hope you don’t mind)!

At our warehouse, we have changed how we do things so everyone can continue to work safely and with proper social distancing. We’re still aiming to get your orders out to you and returns and exchanges sorted as usual, but hope you understand if it takes a little longer at the moment. Find out more about delivery here.

‘Supporting’ UK front line workers (whilst they support everyone else!)

We’re so grateful to those of you who are working tirelessly to take care of all those affected by this outbreak – we’ve heard from so many of you who tell us Bravissimo helps to keep you feeling ‘supported’ and we want to be able to do everything we can to uplift you at this time. So, if you’re an NHS or Blue Light worker you can take 50% off any bra of your choice.

Please call us on 01926 459 859 and quote your NHS number so we can apply the 50% discount for you. Please note: you can’t make this saving by shopping online so please do get in touch.

Free UK delivery, extended returns and click and collect orders…delivered to you!

To make things as easy as they can be for you, delivery is free on all UK orders at the moment and we’ve extended our returns period to 90 days. Our usual delivery times are 2-5 working days, but your orders may now take up to 10 working days to arrive with you, we hope you understand if it takes a little longer at the moment. Find out more about delivery here.

As our shops are closed, we have suspended our Click & Collect service for now. For those of you who have parcels to collect from one of our shops, we have directed your parcel to the address that you entered at checkout.

Here are some FAQs that might help you...

Where is my delivery?

To ensure the safety of our teams, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. You can expect your order in 7-10 days. We will send you an email when your order is dispatched. For UK orders, you will find a Royal Mail tracking number in the email. You can use Royal Mail's tracking service to find out the status of your delivery.

International orders do not have a tracking number. Customers in Europe should add a further 5-10 working days and customers outside Europe should add a further 10-15 working days to the UK delivery timeframe.

What's the status of my return?

We are doing all we can to process returns as quickly as we can, but this is taking longer than usual. It’s so important to us to protect our people and our number one priority is to keep our customers, teams and their families safe, healthy and well. At our warehouse, we have changed how we do things so everyone can continue to work safely, so we hope you understand if refunds and exchanges take a little longer at the moment. If you still have questions, please call us, start a live chat or email us.

Why hasn't my payment been taken?

We will charge your card when we post your items, so payment won't be taken until you get an email confirming your order has been dispatched. If part of your order is delayed and is sent to you in a separate parcel we will process two separate charges.

Bravissimo girls, we’re still here for you!

Our website is available 24/7 for you to shop and our friendly and experienced fitters are ready and waiting to offer fitting advice and answer any questions you might have. As there are fewer of us working remotely, please be patient with us if we are unable to answer your calls, chats and emails as quickly as we normally would (or if there’s a bit more noise in the background due to pets and children running around!). We’re still here for you – so please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.

We appreciate that it’s times like this where we need to stay connected more than ever (and we sometimes need a little bit of light relief or welcome distraction from being stuck at home) which is why we’ll be sending an email every Friday of things to ‘perk’ you up! We’ll be sharing positive posts on our social channels as well as continuing to celebrate you – our amazing community – through your stories. Please come and say hi and stay connected and we can do our best to keep each other ‘uplifted’ in every way!
