To make things as easy as they can be for you, delivery is free on all UK orders at the moment and we’ve extended our returns period to 90 days. Our usual delivery times are 2-5 working days, but your orders may now take up to 10 working days to arrive with you, we hope you understand if it takes a little longer at the moment. As our shops are closed, we have suspended our Click & Collect service for now. For those of you who have parcels to collect from one of our shops, we have directed your parcel to the address that you entered at checkout.
Here are some FAQs that might help you...
To ensure the safety of our teams, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. You can expect your order in 7-10 days. We will send you an email when your order is dispatched. For UK orders, you will find a Royal Mail tracking number in the email. You can use Royal Mail's tracking service to find out the status of your delivery.
International orders do not have a tracking number. Customers in Europe should add a further 5-10 working days and customers outside Europe should add a further 10-15 working days to the UK delivery timeframe.
We are doing all we can to process returns as quickly as we can, but this is taking longer than usual. We will charge your card when we post your items, so payment won't be taken until you get an email confirming your order has been dispatched. If part of your order is delayed and is sent to you in a separate parcel we will process two separate charges.
Our website is available 24/7 for you to shop and our friendly and experienced fitters are ready and waiting to offer fitting advice and answer any questions you might have. As there are fewer of us working remotely, please be patient with us if we are unable to answer your calls, chats and emails as quickly as we normally would (or if there’s a bit more noise in the background due to pets and children running around!).
