I visited your Cambridge store today and was assisted by Madie. What an utter star. She put me at ease, got me properly fitted, even helping me doing up the bra when I had difficulty. I really appreciated that she told me when something wasn't quite right for me and that she went looking for bras whilst I waited in the changing room. I'd also like to thank you, Bravissimo, for having such lovely bras for those of us who are normally stuck with what feels like the potato sack end of lingerie. It felt like a dream walking in to see all sorts of bars in delicious colours (those are next on my list). I will be a regular shopper from now on, especially when I know you have people like Madie helping out. With much thanks, Kim
