Our finance team work with all areas of the business to set the annual budgets as well as supporting the business in forecasting the company’s financial performance for the year ahead. We make sure that the numbers add up and we’re able to invest in growing and improving what we do.

Our warehouse team ensures the distribution process runs smoothly and efficiently. We aim to provide an excellent service to our shops and our customers by picking, quality checking, packing and distributing all orders so that all our customers receive what they want as quickly as possible.
Buying, designing and developing the choice of products that our customers want (and if no one has made them before, we’ll have a go!).
People & Culture
Our People & Culture team is responsible for finding and developing our people and making sure that everyone at Bravissimo truly lives our values and is able to achieve the best for our customers and themselves. We love to look at ways to make Bravissimo an even better place to work.
Our customer services team go the extra mile to help our customers with anything they need. We process orders, exchanges or refunds; answer product queries; and help with bra fittings and styling advice over the phone, via email and live chat.
Our retail team aim to make sure that all of our customers find the styles that they want, have all the help that they need with fitting and have a fantastic, friendly in-store experience which leaves them smiling and a spring in their step
Our IT team develops all our systems to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible and to make sure our customers have as good an experience as possible. We make sure that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible with minimum disruption for our customers.
Our retail operations team support all of our shops, ensuring they are set up to help Bravissimo girls have an uplifting experience in store.
