I’m sure I’m not alone here in saying that I’m a woman of the well endowed category. I am in fact 40HH. Padded is not an option I usually choose because I don’t want to add to my already large size, but I took a chance with this one. This bra is arguably the most comfortable bra I’ve ever owned. It sits comfortably against my back and my sternum without digging in, the straps sit perfectly all day without moving and the halter neck style ensures it doesn’t move in the slightest.
HOWEVER. There is a downside. The clasp at the back of the neck is one of them. I consider myself the well seasoned traveller when it comes to bra clasps and fasteners but even I couldn’t do this myself without several curse words being uttered and empty threats directed towards the little gold squares in my fingertips. I ended up asking my husband to do it for me each morning and undo it each night as I couldn’t undo it myself either.
The other downside is the cups themselves. Initially they fit comfortably against my breasts with a little bit of looseness around the top of the cups. As soon as I moved, my breasts slipped all over the place in the cups. I seriously considered folding a bit of the cups over and sewing it together to keep my breasts separated and supported. I needed to readjust my breasts several times a day to ensure comfort.
If you are in the same category as I am when it comes to bras, don’t get this one, you’ll more than likely regret it, the comfort though. You really can’t beat that.
