Our Magazine

We are a business founded on our magazine (we launched in 1995 with our very first product catalogue!) but we appreciate as the world has changed we need to move away from printed marketing. We launched our digital magazine in Spring 2020 to positively impact the amount of printed magazines in circulation, and for our customers to still receive the quality magazine content they've come to expect from us! We are investing more of our money into digital marketing rather than our printed magazine for a more environmentally friendly future.

We are working on creating a much smaller printed option for the physical magazines that we are still sending which would save around 26 tonnes of paper each season for the UK and 13.65 tonnes of paper in the US.

To produce our UK magazine in 2019, we sent a total of approx* 719 tonnes of paper. In 2021 we reduced that to 120 tonnes saving around 599 tonnes of paper by reducing our physical magazines printed by -87%.

To produce our US magazine in 2019, we sent a total of approx* 399 tonnes of paper.
In 2021 we reduced that to 58 tonnes saving around 341 tonnes of paper by reducing our physical magazines printed by -46%.

*Our paper consumption estimates are based on the average pages in our magazine multiplied by the total magazines sent.
